Triple Chocolate Mousse Bomb (GF)
Caramel chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, enrobed in dark chocolate ganache.
Mocha Torte (GF)
Candied pecan crust with a center layer of dark chocolate ganache, topped with house-pulled espresso mousse.
Cheesecake
Flavors rotate seasonally.
Mini Key Lime Pie
3″ graham cracker shells filled with classic Southern key lime custard.
Cupcakes
Flavors change daily.
Fudge Brownies (GF)
Imperfect macaron shells get repurposed and pureed into a flour to be folded together with specialty blend of sugar, eggs and chocolate to create this dense, moist and delectable brownie.

Peanut Butter Brownie (Vegan & GF)
Walnut and date base topped with dark chocolate, peanut butter, and rice crisps.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart (GF)
Oat flour crust with a Twix-like caramel center, topped with dark chocolate ganache.
Strawberry Basil Tart (GF)
Oat flour crust, strawberry compote center, topped with basil-infused whipped white chocolate ganache.
German Chocolate Cake
4″ devil’s food chocolate cake layered with coconut pecan caramel filling.
Roulade
Flavor changes daily when available. Various cake flavors rolled thin and filled with a variety of icings/fillings.
Panna Cotta (GF)
Vanilla bean buttermilk panna cotta base topped with seasonal citrus and other toppings.
Medovik
Also known as Russian Honey Cake, made with thin layers of honey cake filled with sour cream frosting, soaked for 48 hours.
Almond Tart
Sugar cookie crust and frangipane baked to perfection and topped with fresh blueberries and powdered sugar.
Peanut Butter Mousse Cup
Chocolate shortbread cookie crust, dark chocolate fudge, peanut butter mousse.
TKO
An ode to the great Thomas Keller. Dark chocolate shortbread cookie crust, whipped white chocolate ganache. Also featuring fresh mint, espresso and ube flavors.
Key Lime Mousse Cup (GF)
Oat flour crust filled with zesty key lime mousse. Topped with fresh blackberries.
Cranberry White Chocolate Tart (GF)
Oat flour crust, orange and cranberries topped with whipped white chocolate ganache.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Melted butter and brown sugar topped with sliced pineapples and maraschino cherries are baked at the base of a yellow cake. When flipped upside down and released from the pan, becomes a sweet show stopper.
Southern Caramel Cake
Classic yellow cake layered with a good ol’ cooked caramel frosting.
Tres Leches
Traditionally made with white sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk- but we like to add cinnamon toast crunch, fresh peaches and other unique spins.
Croissant Bread Pudding
A southern classic with a french twist. We use almond and chocolate croissants along with brown sugar and espresso in the custard. Served with a side of caramel sauce.
Large Desserts
These crowd-pleasing desserts are perfect for parties, dinners, and last-minute celebrations. Most are available with as little as 20 minutes’ notice. Give us a call to check current availability.
Giant Mocha Torte (GF)
Candied pecan crust, dark chocolate fudge, and espresso toffee mousse, topped with a variety of fresh berries (9” round, 1” tall).
Giant Mousse Bomb (GF)
Caramel chocolate mousse & white chocolate mousse enrobed in dark chocolate ganache, option to add berries (Feeds 12-18 people).
French Macarons Friday
Indulge in a little luxury every Friday with our delicate, hand-crafted French macarons. Each week, we pick a new theme and dream up three unique macaron flavors to match. These flavors are released every Friday and sold through out the weekend until we sell out. Give us a call to have some set aside or come early- they go quick!

Our creamy gelato base is crafted using only milk, heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Made from scratch and churned in-house daily, our unique gelato flavors and combinations are simultaneously a nod to Italian tradition and dedication to modern innovation.
We always have three delicious flavors on hand: Vanilla Bean Buttermilk, Blueberry Sage, and Espresso Mocha Swirl. Call to see the remaining seasonal flavors also available!
